LET'S TALK​
My fiancé and I also provide group strength training instruction, individual coaching, and phone/email consultation to clients ranging from novices to elite athletes. In 3-4 hours a week total training time, we help our clients achieve measurable improvement in strength, mobility, and body composition by having them follow a simple and adaptable program of compound lifts, conditioning, and repeatable meal planning.
